• All items are shipped out within 2-3 business days after purchase.
    • You will receive a tracking number for your shipments.
    • Kindly ensure all the information including delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing an order as we are unable to make changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
    • "Pre-order" items that may have a longer processing time and date are usually indicated on the "add to cart" page or button.


      If your order contains a "Pre-order" or "Back-order" item, please note that it will be shipped together with the rest of the items in your order. If you would prefer to receive "in stock" items at the earliest time, kindly place a separate order.
    • Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.

    •  We have no control over custom or duties imposed by foreign countries and won’t be responsible for any additional fees associated with them if any at time of delivery for international shipments.

    • Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original shipping cost plus the return cost. In cases of a refused delivery, please note that the total delivery cost, return shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • If our system shows that your package was signed for and/or delivered, we won't be held accountable for any lost package.


    • We want you to love whatever you get from us at Anchiel so we would be happy to process a refund in form of store credit only for products returned in it's original packaging, and in tagged, reusable and resell-able condition within 5 days of delivery.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping costs and taxes will be covered by the customer and products returned damaged or not in their original purchase condition with tags and labels may not be eligible for a refund.
    • We also won't be held accountable if the package gets lost during a return.
    • The store credit will be issued when the return has been received and processed.
    • A mandatory restocking fee of $9.99 is applied on all returned item.
